Article 1. Applicability
1.1 All orders and agreements of Expeditech are subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Placing an order signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2. Prices and Payments
2.1 Prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
Article 3. Delivery
3.1 Trailer hitch extensions are shipped within 4 business days. Lifting roofs are installed by appointment.
3.2 Delivery times are indicative.
Article 4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 You have the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt.
4.2 Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
4.3 Custom-made and assembled products (lifting roofs) are excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Article 5. Warranty
5.1 We are responsible for the quality of our products in accordance with legal warranty provisions.
Article 6. Privacy
6.1 Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with our privacy policy.
Article 7. Applicable law
7.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
