Multifunctional side storage box — a sturdy aluminium box that mounts on the side of a Land Rover Defender 90 or 110, another vehicle, off-road trailer or teardrop caravan and turns in one move into a full outdoor kitchen / cook box of als veilige opbergkist voor gereedschap, kampeerspullen en uitrusting.
The Side Storage Box is designed by Expeditech and built in our own workshop from heavy-gauge aluminium with a matt black powder coating, so it stands up to wind and weather. The lid folds open into a stable worktop at ergonomic working height — ideal as a cooking surface for a camp stove or as a practical workbench on the go.
Empty box — you decide the layout yourself
The box is delivered as lege ruimte, so you can choose the layout that suits your use yourself. For example, add a camping stove, spice rack, storage compartments for crockery or holders for your tools. The product gallery shows an example layout as a cook box with a stove and cutlery organiser — purely for inspiration. With mounting rails or MOLLE panels, many travellers turn it into a fully customised expedition box.
