Expeditech Tow Ball Extension 35 cm — Bolt-On
On a Land Rover Defender and many other 4×4 vehicles, the spare wheel gets in the way of a bike rack. Our towbar extension moves the towball 35cm further back. That is 10cm more than most competitors that only offer 25 cm. On a Land Rover Defender, 25 cm is often too short — our 35 cm ensures every standard bike rack genuinely fits on the New Defender (L663) and Classic Defender.
Any standard bike rack fits without obstruction. Load rating up to 75 kg — plenty for 2 to 3 bikes, e-bikes included.
Bolt-on mounting: Secure attachment with supplied bolt. Once mounted, it is firmly fixed.
Handy on regular cars, campervans and vans too — the tailgate or rear door often opens without having to remove the bikes or rack first.
Universal — fits any tow bar with an ISO 50 mm ball.
